The Duo 'American Adapt' Security Dog Harness is a rugged and reliable 'security' harness fit for daily walks and off-leash adventures with your large pup. The 'American Adapt' Harness is a versatile piece of equipment that works well for dogs that can be leash reactive, difficult to manage, and ESPECIALLY for dogs that moonlights as an escape artist. While it can deter pulling, it was not designed expressly for that purpose. Designed and manufactured in the USA!
Heavy Duty Materials
Sure, a lot of big dogs are sensitive (ours included), but they're also resilient, tough, and durable. The harnesses we use for them should be, too. This American Adapt Harness is made from 500D Cordura (D stands for denier, which refers to individual fiber thickness), 1000D Ballistic Nylon, Military standard (Milspec) webbing and buckles, and EVA shock absorbent foam. All sizes of this harness also incorporate closed connection webbing for added toughness.
Sizes L & XL: 1" webbing & 1.5" rings
Size XXL: 1.5" webbing & 2" rings
How It's Different
Aside from the premium materials, the patent-pending ADAPT fit system locks to your pup's body when they are most reactive or attempting to escape from their harness. The cinching system give you much more control over their body, allowing you to redirect them with the leash while being virtually slip proof, giving you the peace of mind that you need to walk with confidence in any setting.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
Hand wash, do not bleach, do not tumble-dry, and do not iron. Rub the harness with your hands to eliminate the bulk of the mud/dirt, and fill a tub/sink with warm water. Add a touch of your dog’s regular use shampoo, (as you know it is safe and not harmful to their skin) and gently rub the harness to remove the dirt. Rinse under clean water and hang up in a well-ventilated space to air dry.
